RX server is back

I was asked by UncleG_{HoF} to bring back the RX CTF server. It's now online and enjoy.

RX in 469 had a messed up configuration (port duplicated with other server) and was pointing to a cadaver MasterServer.
Right now it's 469 (some 2020 version) and it is "heart-beating" to a real location. I gotta see if will show up in browsers or else it has to be added manually in favorites.

Maybe some boys are hating me harder when I say that 469 is not yet an option... or maybe is another sort of option which I don't understand... either way was some XC_Core loaded (declared as download manager in IpDrv which I removed) and probably something is not in timing...

looks like a "deja vu"...
Self Notes: Server became empty at 14:50:55 - connection closed more exactly, and log was closed at 14:51:06, 11 seconds later. There is something set at 10 seconds in IpDrv settings. I think there is a problem... Way too many changes without sanity checks ? "Ansi" - Another string issue ?

To be honest several fixes a la "PlayerCanSeeMe()" are only wrapped to not crash, but the way in how does it work won't make me to update Monster Games
with old issues... to me is not fixed normally... "Crashing Servers with Bots" - Hermskii did not use Bots and neither me in my old server - and the thing was crashing all day long. It was about a duplicated NetConnection EMPTY not about Bots (in my understanding) - IpDrv connected issue allowing opened empty connections to do damage ? Dealing with a Null Owner of a NetConnection doesn't go anywhere... and XC25b was still replacing this "fix" in 469b. The Trivia: It never crashed a LOCAL GAME - because there is no Net Connection when game is running Off-Line, simple as that.
