Indeed, not cool but stupid as a rock. With wheels on stairs this is demonstrating a huge life experience and I.Q. level of citizens .
On YouTube there are also several videos with cars, sometimes I was wondering how comes that those people are still alive in the way how they are handling simple things... The fun comes later when you read several comments.
