These were showing up with extra-firewall turned on.
But... I'll look at server configuration as well...

Edit: Server looks normal - made sure to have masters from client declared properly - forget GameSpy any.

LINUX users please note: The maximum numbers for uplinks is actually 3 (in some cases it is 4). Do NOT exceed the limit or your server will immediately crash.

We are talking about CLIENT when it's about browsing MasterServer. As for servers, as far as I know HOF servers are Windows based servers.
By looking at players ping around I see known values, I suppose we are good enough right now...

MasterServerAddress is ok but you need more

Evil Sniper Server was down due to Unreal Killers servers...
Errata Feb 09 it was ut-files, UK being bugged later because of too many connections.
I've removed their services.

Harder or not, some day I will need to rewrite this iptoCountry stuff with anything else capable to gain data from the same host in another format at the lowest ping possible and without lags, I'm curious if community has another replacement...

Let's see some "visuals" related to these ipToCountry checks doing a query in... Internet Explorer or elsewhere. I even started my host (a wreck pretty outdated...) and asking for a DNS address... it's started temporary...

Actually "iptocountry.unrealteam.de/iptocountry16.php/?ip=x.x.x.x" doesn't do anything than a None.
If these hosts are not responding at plain WEB queries it doesn't worth wasting time with them...

These were checked directly from Server's Machine...

If you give me a more actual database I can try to setup an ipToCountry directly at HOF's host - perhaps is faster and out of any lags... maybe it will work better.
In other hand perhaps there is another Web Script reading data from some CSV file but at this moment I'm not aware of such public script, some servers I think are already capable to do that.

The citizen who repeatedly entered the sniping server only to cheat and do bulling, caused me to update more access policies. If someone has problems for this reason, send me a private message with the IP address used, so I can define the necessary exceptions in order to allow required access at game-server.
