Update Bump:
Server has a few maps added a few time ago and the latest add-on was a map DM-300K-Fractional by XYZ 8000. It was added because this is a "very UE1" map following mapping rules for UT's Engine and paths have ZERO problems, even if a few ReachSpecs added by DevPath have no purpose concerning Teleporters (SWJumpPads more exactly). The quality of paths-net here can be seen when higher skilled Bots are into the party... RESPECT for XYZ 8000 author.

This stage enforced by XC_Engine24 (altering plain paths with enlarged ones, and aiming even poorly brained monsters) is delivering pretty much an intensive A.I. activity completing Server's Purpose. I'm thinking if in future relics are a real need here... or they are not exactly a must-have.

Update: Added Map DM-BCE_NitroX by the same author XYZ 8000 - another original bug-free map.

tried multiple times today to connect to this server, would DL the maps ok but then freeze up on the "Connecting" screen and then say connection failed. my ping bounces from 55-242. where is the server located?

It might be other changes done in that machine, from time to time I'm noticed VIA e-mail about various events, moving server in other machine, automated reboot, networking tasks, etc. I'll try to connect, if I will be connected then... I don't think is a problem, if my connection fails I have to look at events. If no event is shown, I'll open a ticket for technical assistance and investigation. Prior machine had some failures in the past.

Edit:
Checked less than 2 minutes ago. My ping was around 154 ms.

In events I read that was 5+ minutes outage for some reason ( logging there is a lousy thing... ) and server has been restarted by service. I'll look if there is something relevant for reading in those logs chunks.

Me and Happy_cow have been playing on the server for a few hours once a week. No issues for us. We saw Ender connect, saw his character, then he disappeared. Last week turkeyslapper and Alice came and played with us with no issues.

Yea that's why I tried to join yesterday, saw you guys playing.

I just tried again, with no one in the server and same thing happened.

Could it be a version issue? Not sure what info I can post that you might need

Even if it's a USA Server, i've had no issues connecting to others.

Maybe - on screen you have 469C. Try version with 451 or 436...
I personally do not play on this server - but i wanna help.

Prior images are not saying anything (it's not like images are talking but...)...
I would like to know what UnrealTournament.log file has printed, there must be something...
If there is a Text saying about "forged object" then your files (whatever they are) are not conformed correctly to stock UT... Connecting can take ages or forever in such case... Technically speaking - as an old "Known Bug", a player using 451b version (for no reason) can have issues when tries to connect an UT v436 server - the problem is old (since 451b crap was thrown out of toilette), and it was left this way for X years, UTPG did not care at all about it... and they don't care neither now.

Either way:
I hope the IP address used was not dropped by service for some reason... if everything it's fine in Log file...
If UT client game used does some funky moves through the network, here I can expect Service to deny evil data.
