UWar Mutator

UWar is an interesting mutator, you are dealt 4 different letters: M, Q, S and V, or Might, Quicken, Shield and Vitality.
I'm not exactly sure what Might and Shield do exactly, but Quicken increases your speed with each S you pick up, and Vitality increases your health.
As a player dies, letters are dropped, and each letter picked up accounts for 10% of whatever you are putting power into, you will start at a slow rate of advancement before increasing in speed as you gain letter power.
