You can ask Evil if he wants that skin added to the Evil sniper server's package list. Then everyone would see you wearing it while on the server.

I think after posting 5 times on the forum you are no longer considered a "newly registered user" and should have those options fully available.

Evil is the head administrator for the sniper server. Nobody here will lift your ban but Evil himself.
