Some maps are created just for the sake of seeing whether or not it works, or to see if it can be done at all without specific purpose. This may be one of those. I saw a little BSP while cruising around in spectator, but not much. Mostly when looking down between levels.

Letting bots go around, it didn't seem like they were using all the various levels. Mostly stuck to one and got stuck on some of the outer areas.
