Next days after updating docs concerning information for builders and update notes, I will post them and... probably something new... PathsChecker.PNG Yup... I called it PathsChecker but I can use another name if one more suitable will be recommended... Purpose of builder is preventing mapper/editor...

Re: Map assessment and pathing enhancements
A prototype, I will want to know if something else is needed.
If Bot has a problem in water, I must write another helper tracker because I couldn't recall where exactly I had a similar thing before.- Sun Aug 07, 2022 6:18 pm

Re: Map assessment and pathing enhancements
Hmm... a bit of bump. Mainly map has paths but I think there are spots with geometry issue and there I can expect funky reactions. It will be a pathed version and the rest is... another chapter. It doesn't develop data errors for paths but it can be with issues regarding to movement. Those gravity t...

Re: Builders helpers for UT Editor
For next update session MapGarbage will have something added - related with other junks that are hosted in maps such as Empty groups, more specific groups that are created or copied from elsewhere and having nothing. Yes, I found such works, one of them after a clean-up task was reduced with 3 MB. W...

Re: Map assessment and pathing enhancements
I had a previous version of this map which was crapped as well if you wanted to ask me... Here I see the boy has no clue what a combo needs for setup - Polge perhaps was writing in some alien language his tutorials/explanations (G00gle can Translate so far a lot of languages from Earth - even if it'...

Re: Builders helpers for UT Editor
Next update info. The future version of August mainly aims at some impediments that come with the new updates of the UT editing application. We have some old problems that are rather moved than solved. In the 469C version that I can't test on my system, I see results that are not too fascinating - t...

Bumping versions First post has been updated with XC_PathsWorker for July 2022. Quoting "what's new" - aiming various test-works during mapping stage: - added sub-option for fixing ReachSpecs - if used, lost specs are NOT loaded into chain but nullified - cannot be completely deleted with ...

Re: Map's Navigation Network aka Bot Support - basics
Bump to basics. According to what Polge was recommending and some boys are not aware about what's going on inside an over-crowded paths-net, specifically when we put loads of items and nodes in the same small spot. DevPath was written for simple format - only for movement and not for dictating movem...

Update bump:
PathsLinker from first post has been removed. It doesn't worth wasting time with extra explanations.

Re: Map assessment and pathing enhancements
Okay, here are some notes. Assuming (this is a reality) that UT's Engine in plain format a la GOTY has a primary array of 32 units (I did not study if MultiCTF controller has different rules), we might have 8 × 4 = 32 players (any players). Here we talk about 8 PlayerStart per Team - I added 10 for ...
