Re: Map assessment and pathing enhancements

The pathing challenge to which I referred. Weapons and ammo are light, leave that alone... that's ideal. A Cyberus is on the map... leave that alone too. Botpathing is either really bad or non-existent. As the map was intended for snipers, I don't think bots were much of a consideration. What I'd li...

CTF-UTDMS-Stonehenge

What we have here is an ancient circle of what appears to be ceremonial stones, mostly massive ones. https://ic.pics.livejournal.com/evilgrins/3189901/7753598/7753598_original.png Map is fairly large, there's 2 UTDMS (1 per team) on the map, and an orbiting teleport (looks like the UT logo) which ma...

Re: Map assessment and pathing enhancements

Thankees, great as aways.

May have a challenge for you next. A sniper map I edited a stretch back, which has no pathing... but I want it added in such a way as it's not too much and the bots mostly try to avoid being out in the open.

Re: Map assessment and pathing enhancements

This one I've played and need some help: https://unrealarchive.org/unreal-tournament/maps/domination/E/dom-eokatex_9e5a2880.html 1. Pathing seems decent but there's a Control Point in a little stonehenge type deal on an island... none of the bots ever go there. 2. Lighting is a little flat. Please, ...

For the 1st day of Black History Month!

There's a typo in the .int file for the skin's name, would've been easy enough to fix but I think there's another skin with the same intended name so I left it as is. https://ic.pics.livejournal.com/evilgrins/3189901/7692171/7692171_original.png 3 faces, African skin tones as provided by Baardman, a...

Dictators enter the Tournament!

The idea initially kicked off in my skins edit thread on the ut99 forum · https://ut99.org/viewtopic.php?p=149293#p149293 It was then just a matter of Baardman making the faces for it, with suggestions coming in: https://ic.pics.livejournal.com/evilgrins/3189901/7691193/7691193_original.png Skin is ...

Re: Map assessment and pathing enhancements

I hadn't tried it yet, Barbie just updated it and said in her post it has no pathing.

H. G. Wells is an author of some note, best known for War of the World & The Time Machine . The latter having to do with this skin. In The Time Machine a man builds one and starts cycling backwards and forwards in time, and in the far future he finds human evolution has gotten a bit divided. A s...
