I get this whole thing now. Deleted brushes are GONE and there is no recovery possible.

Switching models and skins is already built into the mod. You only need to edit the ini file to make it anything you like, provided the model has the same collision size as the player model. It's not the mesh I think. The model has wonky collision checks and does some weird stuff when it parses collision, especially with BSP level. I think it has to do with the model being so low to the ground and it looked like they were trying to address players being able to just run over the pupae l...
